When I was 16, I was asked by the organization Look What SHE Did! to speak about a woman who inspires me. I immediately decided to talk about Dolores Huerta, one of the co-founders of the United Farm Workers and an incredible person that I had met a few months before at a LWSD event.
This video was selected by Participant Media as part of their 2019 #LeadingWomen campaign to promote Women’s History Month and has already been viewed over 40,000 times on Facebook alone.

Below is a video that I made using Adobe Premiere Pro for an assignment in my Advanced Digital Production class. The objective was to shine light on a social justice or environmental issue by making a short, shareable info text video. I chose to highlight the dangers of “fast fashion” and steps people can take to become more mindful consumers and shoppers.
